I’m Manny, but people in Playa Vista may know me as “PV Manny.” I have lived and owned our home in Playa Vista for over 15 years and have seen over 90% of the buildings sprout from the dirt into this blossoming community with thriving businesses we call home. Since moving here, I’ve gotten to know a lot of people and feel lucky I can walk around and know so many faces and names of my neighbors. As I’m sure you know, this is a rare experience in LA. I’m also a dad of 2 beautiful little girls so I spend lots of time adventuring around town with them.
