Playa Vista Beach Shuttle Starts Today!
The Playa Vista Beach Shuttle is scheduled to run from May 27 to Sep 25 2016 on Fridays, weekends, and holidays. This convenient and free service provides transportation to major points of interest such as:
- Fisherman’s Village
- Waterside Shopping Center
- Marina “Mother’s” Beach
- Venice Beach Pier
The Beach Shuttle will also provide service to the free Marina del Rey Summer Concert Series at Burton Chace Park and the Abbot Kinney Festival on Sunday, September 25.

Playa Vista Daily Shuttle
Don’t confuse the Playa Vista BEACH Shuttle with the DAILY Shuttle which operates within Playa Vista everyday. It’s the same bus, but it has a slightly different route. The daily shuttle stays inside Playa Vista and the campus.
Daily Shuttle Hours
- Monday–Friday 8am–10pm
- Saturday 10am–10pm
- Sunday 10am–8pm
There are additional stops at select locations outside of Playa Vista, Monday–Friday 5pm to 10pm as part of the demand-responsive service. You’ll have to call 877-280-0551 to schedule a reservation. Likewise, the Playa Vista Daily shuttle is tracked on the NextBus app and Nextbus.com
